Shipping policy

Orders originate in Izmir, Türkiye. Available destinations, delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout only after they are operationally configured. A delivery estimate is not a guarantee, and mandatory maximum periods and consumer rights remain unaffected.

For international orders, import duties, local taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees and similar destination-country charges may be payable by the recipient unless checkout clearly states that they are prepaid. Lapheon does not promise delivered-duty-paid service unless the order expressly says so.

Please contact lapheonturkey@gmail.com about a lost, damaged or unreasonably delayed shipment. Damage to external packaging should be documented at delivery where reasonably possible. This request does not remove statutory rights.
