Guidance for living with natural stone, arranging an order and speaking with the Lapheon team.
Every Lapheon object is made from natural stone. Veining, tone, shade, mineral markings, pores, texture, pattern, inclusions and surface character will vary. Product photography is representative and screens may alter perceived colour. These natural characteristics are not automatically defects, without limiting rights relating to goods that are defective or do not conform to contract.
Clean with a soft damp cloth. Do not use acidic, abrasive or harsh chemical cleaners, and do not place natural stone products in a dishwasher. Avoid prolonged contact with liquids, extreme heat and sudden temperature changes. Natural porosity and mineral composition may lead to change or staining over time.
Lapheon objects are designed and made in Turkey with specialist production partners. CNC processes are combined with hand finishing. Lapheon does not describe this partner-production model as a wholly owned atelier.
Custom dimensions, stone selection, personalization and project-specific configurations may be considered case by case. Feasibility, material, price, timing and final production details are confirmed in writing before production begins.
Yes. Architects, interior designers, studios, hospitality teams, retailers and project buyers may contact Lapheon for material selection, samples, project quantities and quotation-based terms.
International availability, shipping cost and expected timing are confirmed at checkout or before an order is accepted. Where duties and taxes are not shown as prepaid at checkout, destination-country import duties, taxes, brokerage and customs charges may be payable by the recipient.
Contact Lapheon before returning an item so return instructions can be provided. Standard consumer purchases remain subject to mandatory withdrawal and defective-goods rights. Products made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalized may be subject to a statutory withdrawal exception where the law permits. A standard made-to-order status alone does not automatically remove withdrawal rights.
Selected products may be viewed by prior appointment at Lapheon's registered company address in Bayraklı, Izmir. The location is not a permanent retail store and appointments must be confirmed in advance.
Gift wrapping and gift notes are supported when shown as available for the order. Digital gift cards may also be offered. Any gift-wrapping charge is displayed before purchase when configured.
Availability is stated at product level. Made to order means production begins after an order is accepted and does not necessarily mean personalized. Pre-order and backorder availability is offered only when enabled for a specific product. Limited-edition totals or numbers appear only when real edition data exists.
