These terms govern use of lapheon.com and purchases from LAPHEON MERMER MADEN İNŞAAT OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Order-specific product, quantity, variant, personalization, price, tax, shipping, discount, total, payment and delivery information is the information displayed and confirmed for the order.

Prices and availability may change until an order is accepted. Clear typographical or system errors may be corrected while mandatory rights are protected. People under 18 should not order without the approval or involvement of a legal representative. Shopify is not represented as performing age verification.

Natural stone does not repeat exactly. Product photography is representative, and screen calibration can affect perceived colour. Ordinary disclosed natural characteristics are not automatically defects, but mandatory rights for defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Custom and personalized goods may be subject to a statutory withdrawal exception only when the order genuinely qualifies and the exception is disclosed before purchase. A made-to-order label alone does not create that exception. Pre-order, backorder and limited-edition status is used only when real product data and order terms are shown.

The Lapheon brand, logos, photography, writing, product imagery, design and editorial content are owned by Lapheon or the relevant rights holders. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except where law permits. Lapheon does not claim ownership of third-party rights.

Natural disaster, war, civil unrest, governmental or customs restriction, supply disruption, strike, infrastructure failure, transport interruption and another extraordinary event outside reasonable control may affect performance. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Lapheon does not offer a separate voluntary commercial warranty unless expressly stated for a specific product. Statutory rights remain. Consumers may apply to the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court under the rules in force.
