Withdrawal from standard consumer purchases
Where no statutory exception applies, a consumer may withdraw from the purchase of standard goods without giving a reason within 14 days after the consumer, or a third party nominated by the consumer, receives the goods. Send a clear withdrawal request with the order number to lapheonturkey@gmail.com before the period expires. We will provide the return instructions, carrier arrangement and applicable cost information.

The customer may inspect goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is preferred, but its absence alone does not remove a mandatory right of withdrawal. Any reduction in value is assessed only to the extent permitted by law.
Refunds required by law, including any applicable standard delivery cost, are made within the statutory period without an unlawful fee. We use the original payment method where technically possible. The order-specific pre-contract information states the applicable return carrier and return-cost rule. Where required information was not properly provided, mandatory law applies.
Custom and personalized goods
The statutory exception may apply to goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. It is applied only when the actual order qualifies. A standard made-to-order item is not automatically personalized. The applicable status and exception must be disclosed before the order, and custom production details must be approved in writing.
Defective or non-conforming goods
Natural stone varies in veining, tone, shade, mineral markings, pores, texture, pattern, surface character and natural inclusions. Ordinary characteristics disclosed before purchase are not automatically defects. This does not limit statutory remedies for goods that are genuinely defective or do not conform to contract.
