Tell us about the object, dimensions, quantity and stone you are considering. Availability, feasibility, price and timing are confirmed in writing before production begins.
Before production
A final written approval records the stone, dimensions, quantity, price, production details, estimated timing and special notes. Natural stone varies in tone, veining, markings and surface character. A sample is representative, but cannot guarantee an identical final piece.
Standard made-to-order products and products made to a customer's specifications are treated differently. Any restriction on cancellation or withdrawal applies only where permitted by law and confirmed for the specific order.
An enquiry is not an order. No production begins before written confirmation.
