Shipping and delivery in Türkiye

Orders are shipped via DHL. Orders are generally prepared and handed to the carrier within 5-7 business days. After dispatch, delivery within Türkiye generally takes 1-3 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Shipping is free on orders of 5,000 TRY or more. Orders below 5,000 TRY are charged a flat 249 TRY shipping fee.

Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, peak periods, remote-area delivery, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays. Tracking information is shared once the order has been dispatched. Protective packaging is used for natural-stone products.

International orders

Available international destinations, delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout only after they are operationally configured. A delivery estimate is not a guarantee, and mandatory maximum periods and consumer rights remain unaffected.

For international orders, import duties, local taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees and similar destination-country charges may be payable by the recipient unless checkout clearly states that they are prepaid. Lapheon does not promise delivered-duty-paid service unless the order expressly says so.
