Data categories and collection

Depending on your interaction with Lapheon, we may process identity and contact details, order and transaction information, delivery and billing details, customer-service correspondence, account information, marketing choices, consent records and technical or security data. Data may be collected directly from you, through the Shopify storefront and checkout, through forms and account functions, or from service providers involved in the requested transaction.

Purposes and legal grounds

Personal data may be processed to manage orders, payments, delivery, returns and customer requests; operate accounts and the storefront; meet tax, accounting, consumer-law and legal obligations; establish or defend rights; prevent fraud and protect service security; and, where permitted, improve the storefront.

Processing is based on applicable grounds under Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, including performance of or steps relating to a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, legitimate interests where your fundamental rights are not overridden and explicit consent where required.

Marketing

Marketing consent is not required to purchase. Promotional electronic communications are sent only where a valid legal basis exists and can be refused through the channel provided. Transactional order and service messages are separate from marketing.

Recipients

Data may be shared, only as necessary, with ecommerce infrastructure, payment, delivery, hosting, communications, security, accounting and professional-service providers and with competent authorities where required by law. In the current store stack, Shopify supports the ecommerce infrastructure, PayTR is configured for the payment flow and DHL supports delivery. Subject to your cookie consent, data is shared with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (and the Meta group) for advertising measurement and targeting; see the Cookie Policy. Each recipient receives only the data necessary for its role.

International transfers

Shopify and other technology providers may process data outside Türkiye. Transfers are handled subject to the applicable requirements of Law No. 6698. Lapheon does not claim a specific data-centre location or transfer mechanism where this has not been verified.

Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and for applicable legal, tax, accounting, consumer-protection and limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised as required.

Your rights

You may exercise the rights granted by Article 11 of Law No. 6698, including asking whether your data is processed, requesting information, learning the purpose and recipients, asking for correction, deletion or destruction where conditions are met, objecting to certain automated results and requesting compensation where the legal conditions apply.
